No, Chiropractic treatment does not need to be painful. It's never a no pain no gain situation.

Some patients may experience minor discomfort depending on how much inflammtion and tension there is.

At our practice we pride ourselves on taking the time to listen to our patients and ensure treatments are as pain-free as possible.

When there is a change in pressure in your joints, aka during a chiropractic adjustmet, a tiny gas bubble sometimes get released from your joint. This results in the popping/clicking sound patients hear.

The same thing occurs when you 'crack' your knuckles.

Yes, all major medical aids cover Chiropractic care.

But it is always best for you to just double check with your own specific medical aid.

We accept card and cash payments. Thereafter we will immediately send you an invoice that you can forward to your medical aid. They will inturn reimburse you directly.

Initial consultations are 45min-1hr and cost R790

Any future consults are 30min and cost R650 per session.

These fees are all inclusive.
